My journey to becoming a make-up master!

Yes, I have a big forehead!

Anyway, I’m on my way to becoming a make-up master! I was practicing last night and also today I went into Sephora… it’s all apart of my New Years Resolution, a list I shall make later on today or tomorrow… maybe tomorrow would be more suitable? Sure. Anyway, I have been wanting to step my game up for myself for a long time now and I’m definitely doing it this year!

I was practicing fading and blending this blue-eye look and I think I got it down! Below you will see the pictures. I got a little cocky about it, I won’t lie. I was like, “sick!”

I’m still trying to perfect the smokey-eye look, which is quite difficult in my opinion. I will be posting pictures of new looks I conquer! But honestly guys, isn’t that blue beautiful? It’s my favorite color, that beautiful, crisp, ocean blue. Also, I bought mineral powder from Sephora (it’s on sale $10, go buy!), it’s their brand, since for a lonnnggg time I’ve been desiring to get that flawless face look from my make-up, like my friend has–and I got it! Yay!

Below, you can see the slideshow of my makeup, then you can see the pictures in full size and resolution after the jump!

Oh the weather outside is frightful….

Hey all! Those of you in the North East, I hope the snow isn’t treating you too bad. It’s been 3 days now since it snowed, so hopefully you can get out of your houses now!

Well, yesterday was relatively uneventful but I enjoyed it none-the-less, as I try to do every day of my life. It was the 2nd time since the blizzard that I left the house and thankfully I had my camera with me again so I could take pictures, and my goodness, I got some beautiful ones!

I was going to school so that I could handle some problems I was having registering for classes (which turned out to be for naught) and what should have been 15 minutes of walking, turned into a 30-minute ordeal, partially because of the snow, and partially because of the beauty.

What do I mean by that? Well. I took a lot of pictures and got a lot of stares. While I was crouched down taking a picture of the snow, when I stood up, some girl looked at me and asked, “Are you okay?”

Yes. Yes, I am okay. I’m just admiring life and all of its beauty.

So I took a bunch of these pictures. I got some ones that were quite good. PLEASE check out some of them and let me know what you think. I’d really love to know your opinion!

New category on the blog! If it’s in the “Photography” category, that means I took the picture, unless otherwise stated! I might post a beautiful picture I’ve found online, but I will credit where its from. Also, check out my latest video from Rainonmebi! I just recorded another video last night.. I hope it comes out good! I got some cool videos coming!!

Below, you can see the slideshow, but if you’d like to see the actual pictures, full size with better resolution, you can do that after the jump!

Caring Pride.

Do you care that I’m living?

Would you care if I was dying?

Can’t you see that I’m only laughing to hide how bad I’m crying?

When times were hard, you weren’t there.

It’s so obvious that you don’t even care.

Can’t you see I just want you to give me a call?

If you can’t… well, I guess you never really knew me at all.

Pride.

“It is better to lose your pride with someone you love rather than to lose that someone you love with your useless pride.”

“Generosity is giving more than you can, and pride is taking less than you need.”

Pride is an admission of weakness; it secretly fears all competition and dreads all rivals.”

Pride is a vice, which pride itself inclines every man to find in others, and to overlook in himself.”

Pride is a personal commitment. It is an attitude which separates excellence from mediocrity.”

Merry Christmas, all!

What’s up, no one?!

Just wanted to wish you all (all 0 of you) a very merry christmas! I’m at family’s house right now, about to chow down on some good food, hope you are too. 🙂

A cute side note, my little cousin got a Justin Beiber doll for Christmas–lucky girl! lol.

Anyways, cheers and Merry Christmas! Video coming soon!

I want MY Google TV!!!

I want MY Google TV!!!

This is the video I entered into the “I want MY Google TV” contest. I filmed it yesterday in the city around Herald Square, Madison Square Garden and then in Times Square. It sucks because I had just found out about the contest on Tuesday evening and then filmed for it yesterday afternoon, edited it in 2.5 hours! It was hell! And I kept messing up my lines lol. I had this whole spiel I wrote out, but unfortunately I had to cut out a lot of footage and our B-roll footage. It’s straight and to the point. If only we had 1.5 minutes! It could have been epic!

Anyway, hope you enjoy me making an ass of myself in the city! (Which was kind of fun)

Please watch in 480! My camera is a 1080p but for some reason it never stays that way :(.

Reckless Tortuga’s “The Online Gamer”

Seriously? I love this group. If you don’t know them, Reckless Tortuga is sketch-comedy group, they make hilarious videos and series that they post onto Youtube and their website (the websites better, considering it’s uncensored).

No jokes though, this group is everything I want to do on Youtube with Lost City Media. The thing is, to do this you have to have a loyal crew all working towards the same goal–and look how successful they’ve become! I know they’re making close to six-figures for their Youtube alone, not to mention their website. They’re inspriational and frusterating at the same time (because I wish I had the same kind of crew).

I think maybe I should just start making videos by myself, starring yours truly (which will obviously be easier during this winter break) and then whoever wants to jump on this bandwagon, do so! But I’ll tell you, setting up the camera alone, filming and editing is a BITCH. Sigh. Whatevs. You gotta do what you gotta do, right?

Anyway, check out the latest episode of “The Online Gamer” above, and if you like it, you should go to Reckless Tortuga’s youtube and check out the rest of the series as well at their other ones. Tell ’em who sent cha!

Holy Crapola!

Youtube and Google are giving out free TV’s!

Hot diggity damn, I gotta get all up in dat!

By the way, this is my first blog post. Sup y’all!
